The nurse who took my vitals was friendly and engaging, which helped to ease my nerves. I was also impressed with their commitment to patient education; they provided me with pamphlets and resources to help me understand my health better. I did have to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, which was a little inconvenient, but once I was with the doctor, the experience was fantastic overall. What a lovely clinic! The staff members are so polite and accommodating, making the whole experience pleasant. I appreciated how the doctor took the time to not only see me quickly but also explain everything thoroughly. The only downside was that the clinic could improve on their appointment scheduling as there was a slight delay. Overall, I felt well cared for and confident in the advice I received.
